In leadership, there is what we refer to as leadership authenticity. A leader who is authentic is that who empowers or compliments the needs of other people. The leader empowers others through training, motivation, direction and inclusive governance. Besides all these, the leader provides a conductive environment where the employees and other staff are in a position of building what they have to offer to the institution. This is in regard to their skills, expertise, and knowledge. With this, the employees are empowered and the institution generally. Performance increases which is marked by increased quality and volume of output. Deadlines are easily met regarding the set time.
Everybody wants to be an authentic leader. In order for you to be authentic, you need to incorporate people in your leadership. Learn to engage with others through sharing and regular discussions. The decisions that most affect your subjects can be more effective while made by people who are to implement them. Training and awareness also make you an authentic leader. Your expertise is essential when channeled to other people. It is good that you encourage others either through talks or rewards. Learn how to appraise the employees for good word done. In everything you do as a leader, keep it in mind that you will receive support as long as you don’t act out of greed and self-interest.

1. Do you give credit to people who have achieved the set goals as required? What is your suggest about this?
