In our training programs we have addressed the issue of equity in several ways. First, we involve both genders in training. Women who require training are exposed equal training opportunities like their male counterparts. Second, people in the same job grade and require training are also exposed to equal training opportunities. The basic criteria we use here is the qualification and the degree of need of training. According to (Mondy, Noe & Gowan, 2011), by exposing equally qualified employees to same training programs the element of discrimination is got rid of. Lastly, our organization gives equal opportunities of training programs to employees from different races. For instance, employees of African-American descent are exposed to equal training as their white- Americans counterparts.
