Personality can be defined as an organized combination of attributes, motives, values, and behaviors unique to each individual. Erikson was concerned with the inner dynamics of personality and proposed that people undergo personality changes at different ages as they are confronted with challenges.
In this paper begin with an introduction that describes the results of the Big 5 Personality test. Then, describe and define the challenges found at each of the 8 stages of Erikson’s Psychosocial/ Personality Development. Describe any insights that you had that relate to the development of self-concept and self-identity. As a conclusion discuss the connections between the results of the personality test and Erikson’s different stages of personality development.
