Read the posts and give Response. How does critical thinking accentuate the systematic comparison approach? What point
Question:
Read the posts and give Response. How does critical thinking accentuate the systematic comparison approach? What point of critical thinking is most advantageous?
For my project I have a few ideas as to what I'd like to focus on.
1. Cash, borrowing, and resource management.
Money has been the bane of business since the dawn of time; people need it, people want it, business can't stay around without it. I find it interesting how companies make lucrative profit margins for their financial statements, but the company goes under because the owners don't factor in expenditures or receivables, which can outweigh those profits; thus draining their cash. I think cash flow challenges are vital to a business, and if you want to get it done yourself, you need a plan in place for success.
2. Problem solving and risk management.
A major challenge for all companies is assessing, identifying, and mitigating risk, including human and financial capital. I have found that executives and unorganized business owners tend to jump from fire-to-fire in order to deal with the fast-changing business environment that causes liabilities. Problem solving is the key to business, and the best way to problem solve is to plan for the expected, and have a system for the unexpected.
3. Marketing and customer loyalty
How is it that one becomes a loyal customer? With the ever changing market and introduction of competition, it's almost impossible to find a majority of people who only shop at one market, or go to one restaurant. Retaining a clientele while reaching out to new potentials has been made easier by technology; whether it's social media, smart phones, paper, television, or any other form of communication. The trick is going above and beyond for existing customers while cost-effectively reaching out to new prospects. How do we do that? Business owners have been reeling for the same answer without racing to the bottom on price.
