You will conduct an investigation of THREE hospitals in Ohio using online assessment tools. As part of this investigation, you will complete a matrix that gathers quality indicators on the THREE hospitals, and submit your findings via three separate forms located in this module.

In addition, you will prepare a scorecard with your rankings of the three hospitals, which will be uploaded to the discussion space in the Week 10 Module on Canvas for other team members to view.

You will participate in a discussion using the information from the matrix and everyone’s scorecards. The goal of this discussion is to compare and contrast how various team members ranked the hospitals and how emphasizing different criteria can impact one’s ranking.

After you have reviewed and responded to each team member’s scorecard, you will complete Part 4, by writing a reflective essay.

Finally, you will complete Part 5, peer evaluations.
