2. Your task is to find three newspaper articles. Each one will be related to a different source of law or one of the categories of law that we discussed in class and studied in Chapter Two of the textbook (ie. Sources of law such as Constitutional Law, Statute Law, Case Law or categories such as property Law, tort law, criminal law etc. For each of the articles, you will provide a write up that includes the following: a. The headline for your article, along with the date and source b.A short summary of the key details of the article (who, what, where, why, when and how), and c. A definition of the source/category of law that your article applies to and an explanation of how the article relates/connects to the source/category of law that you have chosen You will have 1½-2 class periods to work on this assignment. At the end of tomorrow's period, you will be required to hand in your work for summative evaluation along with this rubric. Sept 19, 2007 Toronto lawyers Clayton Ruby launched a constitutional challenge to the law on behalf of four Ontario residents – three adoptees and one who gave up a child for adoption. The government is being urged to amend the law to allow people to block access to birth registration if they wish.
