1. Brainstorm and identify at least 10 possible new business ideas of interest to members of the team. Now, review the ideas just generated and narrow down the list to three possible business ideas that you will then assess in greater detail. 3. For each of these three new business ideas, complete a SWOT analysis. By this I mean at most a one page assessment per idea. 4. This last section of your first report now assesses the three business ideas and the process you used to finally select the one business idea your entire team has chosen as your team business idea. 5.
