In compliance with labor code prevailing in the country, ABC Company grants 10 days of sick leave and 10 days vacation leave for each complete year of service rendered by its employees. Unused sick leave does not accumulate but unused vacation leave may be carried forward. Employees are compensated at the rate in effect at the time of the leave.
