10 A circular loop of wire is at rest in the x-y plane. Parallel to this loop and directly beneath it is a second circular loop of the same size, also initially at rest, but the second loop is connected to a battery that produces a positive clockwise current through it. This second loop's current produces a magnetic field B. At the center of the first loop, the field B is in the negative z direction (into the page). a) A positive charge at the origin is moving in the negative y direction.
