The chicken dish requires a fair amount of preparation: you have to boil the rice for 30 minutes, brown the chicken in the frying pan for 15 minutes, prepare a sauce (after browning the chicken) in the frying pan for 5 minutes, and place the rice, chicken, and sauce in a baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes. It takes 15 minutes to boil the peas. You plan to allow 25 minutes to serve and eat the entrée.
