5.Until recently, however, the standard fare in cafeterias consisted of sandwiches, burgers, and pizza.

7.According to Chef Joshna Maharaj of the University of Toronto’s food services, students “are increasingly dissatisfied — as they should be — with really highly processed foods” (Sagan, 2016, para. 6).
8.As the general population is becoming more health conscious; it is to be expected that students also want healthier options.
9.Here at Conestoga College, the cafeterias have been moving in this same direction.
10.In recent years, more gluten-free or dairy-free options have been added to the coolers.
11.Also, regular yogurts have been replaced by Greek yogurts, as student feedback has indicated that students want higher protein content.
