A thermionic generator has a tungsten emitter heated to 2300 K and a cesium coated collector at 1000 K. Electrodes area is 200 cm. Under all cireumstances, the diode behaves as if it had an internal resistance of 10 mn. Disregard collector emission and thermoelectric effects. Assume there is no space charge.
