Their parents, who are also Canadian permanent residence, or working as a chemist for a Canadian company overseas as the client does not want to be alone in Canada, they accompany their parents abroad. The client still has connections to their home country and has a job as a medical technician. As the client is aware that they need to maintain their residency obligation, they seek advice from a newly licensed RCIC. The RCIC informed the client that they can still me the residency obligation, as they are accompanying their parents because they're working for a Canadian company overseas.
