A big multinational company was interested to know the relationship between work force diversity and organizational effectiveness. They conducted a literature survey and found that one of the important variable influencing organizational effectiveness is work force diversity i.e. the number of different nationalities working together. They also found literature which said that it is not the diversity alone that influences effectiveness but what they found was that diversity leads to creative synergy.
These nationalities interact to form the synergy which then transforms into better effectiveness. They also found that managerial expertise is an important skill that is needed to enhance the effect of diversity to get creative synergy. To test this model they will take a sample of 200 employees from the firm Based on the description given above, answer the following questions.
