He explains that his schedule is so busy that there isn't time to sleep more. He also drinks a couple beers several nights per week and on the nights he doesn't drink, he does an intense 8 pm workout at the gym. This individual says he has been having problems concentrating, has felt moodier, and has had more "colds" than usual.
