A homeless man living in a public park is a suspect in a murder investigation. Following a tip from an informant the police arrive at the park and search through his belongings that are sealed inside his duffel bag, while he is not there. They soon find what could be the weapon used in the crime. When the homeless man returns the police arrest him and charge him with murder.
