A pancytopenia patient has a presumptive diagnosis of aplastic anemia . While performing a smear review, you observe the presence of several types of poikilocytes, dysmorphic neutrophils, and large agranular platelets. Do these findings support the presumptive diagnosis?  If not, which disorder(s) would be more likely for this patient?
