a) Select an organization that you currently work for, (or an organization for which you previously worked) and describe several of its high-level goals and strategy that are related to managing the operations of the organization.

b) For this same organization, list and describe the actionable objectives and tactics that have been (or were) utilized to achieve the high-level goals you describe above.

c) For this same organization, list and describe the metrics that are (or were) used to determine if the tactics were effective (or not) in trying to attain the high-level operations management goals.

d) For this same organization, list evidence and discuss whether or not you can determine if the high-level strategy and goals are sound, from the perspective of our articles listed in Week #2... is this (or was this) a "real strategy", or not? Why or why not?
