A system needs to be designed for a medication dispenser and medication reminder system that is required for in-home care of early stage dementia sufferers. 1) Design and Draw the functional Block diagram of this system. Include all required hardware and software modules and communications components for an Internet of Things based ecte250 application with a 350 dollars parts budget. Assume that the ecte250 kits are free, all extra expenses including the cost of the DC permanent magnet motors and identifier tags are part of the 350 dollar expenditure budget (need this for part 3 below).

2)  Create a Gantt chart for this project. It must include all deliverables in a typical ecte250 project. Assume that the team has only four members.

3) Include an estimated budget for this proposed project and an estimate of labour costs involved in designing and building the project (use the ecte250 student costs per hour). Parts budget must not exceed the $350 limit or penalty marks will apply (see part 1 above).

4) Explain (in detail) why you have chosen the design for part 1 elements (above) and justify technically ALL decisions / assumptions taken in choosing the design elements for this project. Must include an explanation of how this design meets the requirements of the two occupants with early stage dementia.
