ABC Company has decided to change its organisation from top down management to a new integrated model.

ABC manufactures, sells, stores and distribute automobile brakes to major retailers such as Canadian Tire. Recently the company had some real issues in meeting its sales and working capital targets as well as their service level (SL) went down from 95% to 75% mainly because of out of stocks.
