• Imagine you are the newly assigned ethics officer of the company. Write an ethics management plan for the company describing a set of ethics management tools to be applied. Explain how this ethics management system will create ethical excellence and avoid wrong decisions and actions.

• Explain your sustainability improvement ideas for the company developed through the former exercises.
