While on the tour he bumps into his classmate Joe. Joe is drinking a hot cup of Starbucks pumpkin spiced coffee. Joe accidentally spills the coffee on Dan's pants. Dan yells "I am going to see my lawyer, when he realizes the burn is pretty bad." Dan takes the remaining coffee out of Joe's hand and throws the remaining content on Joe's foot. Dan leaves the tour of the Capita and takes an Uber to the hospital. The Uber ride is bad, and the driver smells like he has been drinking and smoking marijuana all day. Before Dan sees the doctor, he goes on a social media rant about the horrible Uber ride. Dan also mentions the name of the Uber driver and states that the Uber driver not only was drinking all day, but also appears to have a substance abuse problem. Now at the hospital, the doctor's inform Dan that he will have minor pain and a severe skin damage. Dan pays a copay of $10.00 bill and bills the rest of the expense to his insurance.
