"No amendment to transactions can be made otherwise than by a separate transaction effecting the amendment" is incorrect. Kindly reconsider and refer to "Regulation 30 Requirements regarding computerised accounting system controls, section 2" on page 31-32 in the learner guide.
Confirming the below 1/2 is correct. - The balance of the account is zero and all outstanding cheques have been presented
