An employee wants to take a leave. The first thing the employee needs to fill in is the leave application form and to submit it to the Human Resource Department (HRD). The staff of HRD will review the form to make sure all information are fills in then forward the application to the manager. If the form is not complete, the form will be return to the employee.

Once the manager received the completed form, they will review the application and decide whether to approve the leave request or not. If the application is rejected, the manager will need to inform the employee. On the other hand, if the application is accepted, the manager will inform the HRD to process the leave. Once completed, the employee will receive an approval notification on the leave application from HRD.
