Analyze the Role of Knowledge Management, and Technology in the evolution of Dynamic Capabilities The ability for firms to learn is considered one of the strongest dynamic capabilities a firm can have. There is no improvement and moving forward for firms except through learning. If firms embrace this rigidness and do not allow for exploration and openness, they will not be able to adapt to market dynamism. Firms must have knowledge infrastructure to allow for the inflow and preservation of knowledge within them (Esterby-Smith & Prieto, 2008).
