Another problem I had encountered was that in the mornings I often did not want to leave my bed even though I had to get up for university as well as work. It is often a very hard task due to the fact that the bed is often very warm and comfortable however the room is freezing cold. Therefore, every morning I wake up but do not get out of bed just because it is too cold in the room compared to the bed. And this start in the morning causes other problems which depend on the time that someone gets out of bed which then made me feel stressed. Following that I then encountered problems to considering a healthy and nutritious breakfast which held me back during the day since I did not get the energy I needed. This problem is connected to the first one since I did not get out of bed in time to still make myself something to eat. Something that I expected is that I could find something to make myself a quick breakfast that is healthy at the same time, even a smoothie would be good, but the preparation process for everything just takes too long. Not having a breakfast in the morning ends up making me feel very weak and tired throughout the day.
