Part 1

1a. From the readings and through conducting your own research (also in highlighting how little research exists in this area) suggest at least two steps that can be taken to increase diversity in the public sector. 

1b. Discuss at least one way of leading and building organizations of diversity. Is there a difference between the private and public sectors in the way that organizations benefit from a diverse employee base?

Part 2

Discuss the role of cronyism as an antecedent of workplace deviance in public sector organizations. Provide at least one personal experience or one example of people we currently hear about in the news who work in the public sector.
