Arena football is back in Albany. Years ago I once read an article which interviewed two former Arena Football League players who had used steroids in their career and were both facing the adverse effects of the drug in their retirement years. One player stated he wished he had never used steroids. The other player said he would do it again for the "glory" that it brought him in the Arena Football League. With the type of pressure and desire to succeed that athletes face, what type of program do you, as a high school Athletic Director, put in place to ensure that your athletes are not using steroids and that sets them on a path where they will not use them in the future?
