Last year, the Park Superintendent was wandering around the interns' housing smelled marijuana smoke coming from the interns' dorms. (Possession of marijuana is illegal in this state.) The Park Superintendent comes to you, the park's lawyer, and asks you whether the Park can require random drug testing of the interns once they begin working and move into the dorms.
