Australian Property Law and Sale of Land Act . Ben and Janet bought a property and just waiting for settlement date when they realise the vendor has a large land tax bill still owing. Would they have to pay for it considering they plan to live in the apartment as their home?

The vendor has also paid in full for the council rates and body corporation fees.  Can he be able to claim reimbursement any of this?
