Consider these two areas:

1. TAKE ACTION:Go back to each of the 4 strategies to building brave spaces. For each strategy, identify an example of what specific action will you take that will positively impact your entire team.
2. SUGGEST AN UPDATE TO TEAM NORMS:Does anything need to be added or revised in your team norms to help build a brave space with your team? Please make any suggestions you deem necessary.

Summarize your team norms through a pledge and post it on the group work template. Assign a new group leader/representative to write the answer for the entire group. Submit the template on Blackboard as a group.
