Write a recursive function int $\frac{r}{S}um($const vector $$ int $>$&$v)$ that returns the sum of

elements in a vector. A helper function might be useful here.

Recursive Vector Max

Write a recursive function int rMax $($const vector $$ int $>$&$v)$ that returns the

maximum value in a vector. If the vector is empty, the function should return

INT$\_$MIN. Again, consider using a helper function.
