"Since working in the logistics world for the past few years, I have noticed that the systems used is just as important as the relationships between suppliers, retailers, and customers. I would say that during the initial phase of a company, building customer relationships and finding out what they want out of the product or service is more beneficial than necessarily the system used. Ultimately once the company groups and expands, a better system would be required. Do think that a good CRM can replace the physical interaction and communication between suppliers and customers? Your thoughts?"
