As a new employee to a company, the employee should always understand the company's culture and environment. That's like walking into a pitch-black house and blindfolded. Why walk int a dark house and blindfolded; not knowing what is on the other side of the door or what is in the dark. It is not that much trust in the world for an individual to do that and not have fear or what awaits. An effective employee not only understands your organizational culture, but they also embrace it while performing the duties. New employees can learn about the organization's culture by researching stories, the different languages and symbols used. Organizational culture is important for success for the company, the customers, and the employees.
