Case Study # 3


Maria works in a day care center. She has been observed arriving to work late. The other employees are doing some of the Maria’s duties.  When the manager shows up at the day care center, Maria often wants to get credit for work she has not performed. This makes the other employees angry. As a result, Maria isn’t liked by her colleagues. Few days back she had a fight with another employee when she accused her by saying “unfriendly and mean”.
