Choose a historical or contemporary leader who was/is either transformational or pseudotransformational and address the following questions:

1) Was/is the leader you chose charismatic? How or how not?

2) What was it about the followers that caused them to follow this leader?

3) What were the mechanisms by which this leader gained the trust and confidence of the followers?

4) Was the leader motivated to raise the morality of the followers or was the motivation self-serving? Justify your answer.

5) How did it turn out for the followers? Were they better off or worse off for having subscribed to this leader? How so Rules: Out of bounds: Mohandis Ghandi, Greta Thunberg, Mother Theresa, and anyone who held elected office in the last ten years. Please avoid choosing a controversial figure that would turn the discussion into a political argument. Once a person is chosen by a student for an initial post, no other student can use that person for their initial post.
