One instance where communication was important was when I had an older employee that felt disrespected by a younger employee because of the language he used toward him. I found sitting them both down so we could talk it out together facetoface, and showing the younger employee that there is a certain way to talk in a professional setting really helped out and gave everyone a chance to show their point of view.
