Affidavits of Value: You do not need to draft Affidavits of value. However, you should read A.R.S. 11-1133 and 1134 and pick the appropriate exemption to put on the deed in the appropriate place. Using a code from (ARS 11-1134)

Martha L. Brooks, a single woman is transferring ownership of her home to her children, James C. Brooks and Doris L. Brooks. The Brooks siblings are single. James and Doris want to take the property as joint tenants with the right of survivorship. The home is encumbered by unpaid real estate taxes for the current year.
