For the year of assessment 2021, his net dividend income received from Triple-A Bhd amounted to RM3,000. Muaz fixed deposits in CIMB Bank Bhd generates RM10,000 interest in total for the year 2021. Besides CIMB, he also received RM800 of interest income from loan to his brother. Muaz owns three (3) residential houses located in Alor Setar, Jitra and Changlun respectively, where he and his family is staying in Alor Setar. While the other two (2) houses is rented out to local people.
