Thus, the purpose of this assignment is for students to explore global sustainability initiatives and consider the importance of corporate values and the role of HR in shaping corporate citizenship.
Course Learning Outcomes
This assignment will evaluate the following course learning outcomes:
1. Assess whether human resources programs, policies and procedures align with the organization’s strategy given socio-economic conditions and trends and how they foster equitable, productive, and harmonious organizational environments.
9. Compare and contrast the HR challenges and opportunities with global organizations.
10. Ability to communicate clearly and without error in both written and verbal assessments using technology and maintaining academic integrity in all submissions.
