Could someone explain how to respond to the post below in an educated manner?
Hello,
I would like to conduct a quantitive research study to compare homeowners insurance rates in Florida compared to other states. Our rates have skyrocketed over the last few years. I expect a crazy increase this year after the Hurricane last September. I'd like to use the study to help figure out if it an increase across the country, or more one state verse others and to help determine if the states with increases have similar characteristics and causes. This would help to understand what causes the increase each year that has occurred. Maybe through the research it would help determine why one state may have seen a decrease which could help determine what one state may need to adjust to help.
Being able to understand the Florida Homeowners insurance numbers compared to other states can help to understand just how bad the crisis is.
