Could someone explain how to respond to the questions below in an educated manner?
Dr. C- I have discovered that that is what trainers may conduct and I agree that this may not work. You are right that due to the lack of understanding of the content, there are those who may be hesitant to talk. But do you believe that there are strategies to inspire participants to ask questions or strategies to encourage team work when it may not be something that is usually done in a country?
