The report should include a title, date ordered, customer details (name, contact info etc) and the details of the order. The order details should include the ordered, ordered date, shipped date and details of line items. Each line item displays the item name, price and quantity and the subtotal for that line item. For example, if the customer orders 2 copies of the same book you should display the title, price of each book, quantity ordered and the total price for the 2 items (2 books * price of each book, in this example). The grand total for all the line items should be displayed. b) The Payment details should include the total, tax, shipping fee and discount (if any). c) You can create a formatted report for a customer of your choice. d) Prompt the user to enter the orderid and create a formatted report for that order.. The formatted order should use the SQLPLUS formatting commands to include a page title and the various sections displayed like details of an order, well-spaced with appropriate column headings and details.
