Claim: Our lifestyle impacts our health.

Data: Being physically active can improve our brain health, reduce the risk of disease, and improve our ability to do everyday activities as the CDC mentions on their website. 

Warrant: Since being physically active can improve our health, we should aim to have a healthy lifestyle.

Second argument

Claim: A parent's lifestyle affects their children's health.

Data: Some diseases can be transmitted genetically, including obesity. The mental health of children is also connected to their parents' mental health as per the CDC.

Warrant: Parents must build a healthy lifestyle not only for themselves, but for their children as well.
