Critical approaches to organizations invite and challenge us to critically reflect on modes of organizing or organizational conditions, practices, and processes and how they breed and/or sustain injustices, unfairness, oppression, marginalization, and other similar challenges. This forum provides you an opportunity to do that, using your own experiences, readings, and/or observations of organizations in the US. Make sure you properly organize your post in paragraphs (one for each challenge, and one for each solution/cure).
(1) Identify and illustrate two or three injustices that are inherent in or produced and sustained by current organizational practices. Why do these injustices exist?And why are they continually reproduced?
(2) What are some possible cures or solutions to these injustices you identified? In other words, what do you propose to deal with these injustices? Elaborate.
