There are many ways on how to build rapport with your clients, one of those is to get to know your clients, you may ask for their name and other details needed from them. Next, you need to be honest and be accommodating, you must provide the help or services they needed. Then, you must be a good listener and empathetic towards your clients for them to know that you really want to help and provide the things they needed. Lastly, you need to be pleasant when talking to your clients for them to prove that you are the best choice to cater their needs.
