The approved provider of a centre based servicemust ensure that the following qualified people are atall times in attendance at any place children are beingeducated and cared for by the service and immediately in an emergency; at least one staffmember or one nominated supervisor of the servicewho has undertaken current approved emergencyasthma management training, other educators will beon hand to assist where required, but are unable totake lead in the health and safety role without theirtraining being current.
i. An approved provider or nominated supervisor mustensure that a child is not transported unless writtenauthorisation has been given.
