Because of that, it is important to track online reviews, and take the good with the bad. You have been hired as a Manager at a business, and one of your goals is to help enhance online reviews. Please do the following: 1) Negative Review a) Find a Negative Google Review for any business and paste the review in your document. b) Do some analysis of the "root problem" found in the review. c) Write an appropriate response to the review based on best practices.
