eorgina was a struggling law student, working two part-time jobs and caring for her elderly grandmother, Bessie. At night, she delivered pizzas for Brutus, who owned and operated a local Pizza Hut-incorporated franchise earning minimum wage; her employer gave her a company car, which she was allowed to use to (1) go to law school and back home and (2) make pizza deliveries. Georgina agreed that for the use of the car (and the corporation reimbursing her gas purchases at Eddie's Fill Er up), she would turn over all her tips.

on weekends she worked as a sales representative for Hot Chocolate Inc. a company owned by Rico; unbeknownst to Brutus, Georgina used the car on weekends to make sales calls for Rico's business Georgina actually had a poor driving record- of moving violations, DUI's, road rage, etc. but that had all happened in Nevada.

Rico let Georgina buy chocolates at 50% of the retail price he charged. She bought a lot of chocolates. Rico thought it was because Georgina doted on Bessie, and Bessie loved chocolates. Rico was wrong. Georgina, being a smooth talker, was actually selling the chocolates to customers to whom she delivered pizzas.

After finishing her pizza delivery shift one night a little while ago, Georgina decided not to go straight home. Instead, she headed into Boston to see the sights. She got into a little Fender Bender (the right front Fender), the lady whose car she rear-ended Sarina, suffered whiplash as a result of the accident.

The next morning, while in her Business Entities class, she got an urgent text from Bessie. Georgina rushed out of class, drove home, put Bessie under the car, and raced to the hospital, where a hospital employee, Doctor Paul, was on call. Unfortunately, Bessy vomited all over the back of the car.

Georgina left the hospital and drove to Eddies and asked them to fill up the tank and wash the car inside and out, and bill the corporation. Within 20 minutes, the car smelled great. Eddie billed the corporation for the gas and the cleaning. The corporation is disputing the bill
