First negotiation, Chose a request that you think is very LIKELY that you will be able to get. This could be as simple as asking for salad dressing on the side when you order at a restaurant, if that is something that you normally don't feel comfortable doing. Again, the goal is just to observe your own reactions.

For your second "negotiation" pick something where there is a good chance you can successfully negotiate for what you want, but the outcome of your negotiation isn't guaranteed.

The third negotiation is a bit more challenging and you may feel silly doing it.
